This place used to be 5 stars and then the new company came in and the hand over has NOT been very smooth at all. Out of respect for prior staff and current maintenance persons, this is 2 stars instead of 1 star since I cannot give 0 stars. Communication is horrible with the managing staff, not too mention parking. We moved in august 25 and its now February 26, I still have no parking space for our apartment. If you need to speak with management about anything, takes weeks. Don't expect a phone call either ironically. Maintenance guys are amazing and super kind/ respectful. As soon as a work order is in, they get it done quickly. Again these guys are amazing and kind. If you have a pet, expect to pay additional fees outside of pet deposits. You have to have an application for your pet that requires extensive and intrusive paperwork. Oh its also $30 per pet too. Also property does have issues with flooding. If your in a bind and need a place to stay and build credit, this is the place to do it. At least it was.
