Regents Park Apartments

I have been a resident at Regents Park for going on 2 years now and have never had an issue with management. Cassie, Scott and the team are always great they respond extremely fast and I never had to come to them with the same issue twice! They keep the property up and keep it nice and clean. We just got notice today that the property will be managed by Sun-Pro Reality and i am truly upset. The reviews for them are not good and all the 5 star reviews seem fake. I'm going to truly miss Carrot Properties. I felt safe with them.

I have nothing negative to say about this place. It has been great ever since we moved in. Staff is really sweet and caring. i work nights and when i come home i feel safe, everything is lighted up and there’s cameras.

I love living here, it is comfortable and peaceful. The management are great People and they are always there for you. Everything is cleaned and there is camera everywhere. recommend anybody to live here.
