Condo was beautiful, pool was nice, the only downfall is not enough parking for handicap and 2nd cars you have to go find parking elsewhere which is ridiculous!! I have a boy in a wheelchair we almost had to go park somewhere else!!!

The condo was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need. The beds were super comfy. The building was quiet and the elevators were fast. Location was nice and quiet with a putt putt place and live gators directly across the street. You are within minutes of restaurants and shopping and the boardwalk was a quick drive down the road. The beach was nice and flat and it was neat to see the cars driving up and down the beach. We rented electric bikes and rode them down the beach, would highly recommend that it was so fun! If we come back to Daytona we would definitely stay here again.

Place is amazing! Been staying here for a few years now and it never disappoints. Pool was down this year because of hurricane Nicole but it was still a great trip

The good: Room quality and cleanliness was excellent. Pool area and hot tub was very fun for everyone. Convenient location across from DG. The people were so nice and very inviting. We would definitely stay again if there were a few adjustments to some of the issues. . The bad: fire alarm activated and everyone has to exit using the stairs (including the very elderly people on the 11th floor). I was quite a nuisance, it's very loud and traumatized one of our children. Once would have been fine but it happened 3 times at totally different time of days. it was to the point no one was paying attention to them. If a real fire was happening alot of lives could've been lost. (THEY REFUNDED US 100$ FOR THE TROUBLE BUT OUR KID WAS STILL TRAUMATIZED THE REST OF OUR STAY) Nice gesture and it's appreciated. Also the AC kept defaulting to 73 and 74 after so long. Was a bit annoying waking up in a pool of sweat. The whole week we were here the temp in the room couldn't get below 70.
