We were attracted to the price, and the ammentiies included. To be deceived the outside pool, sun deck, and direct beach access was not available the whole time through our stay for repairs. The unit we had there were a few issues I wrote them down on a maintenance report whether they correct them that's on them. Beware

Building is older but structure is sound. The lobby is very nice. Great views as well good access. The inside pool is great!

To those of you who are considering renting a unit in Oceans Atrium, PLEASE READ: Ocean’s Atrium is the PRIMARY RESIDENCE to the many residents here who call it HOME. Key word = HOME = OWN. Despite what your real estate broker has told you, Oceans Atrium is neither a vacation condo, nor a resort. If you do choose to RENT here for an undetermined number of months, then PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of the permanent residents who OWN their units, and therefore live here either full or part time. DO NOT WALK IN HERE LIKE YOU OWN THE PLACE! Because you don’t. You are a guest here, and will behave as such; reading, rereading, memorizing, regurgitating, and FOLLOWING THE RULES of Oceans Atrium TO THE VERY LETTER. Ask your broker to provide you these rules IN WRITING by having them contact Oceans Atrium directly before signing anything in order to avoid any confusion. And most importantly, PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF in all public and communal spaces, both indoors and outdoors. Oceans Atrium is NOT A HOTEL. Thank you for your cooperation.
