I’ve truly enjoyed living here, thanks in large part to Matthew, who has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive to every need. Whether it was answering questions or resolving concerns, he always went above and beyond with a smile. The maintenance staff are also outstanding—prompt, professional, and always willing to help. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the community in great shape. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a welcoming home and a team that genuinely cares.

I love the area. Samantha and Ashley are professional and very friendly. I LOVE my apartment. Definitely a great place to live. We had some emergency maintenance issues resolved within the hour. Very pleased.

I’ve been here at ocean oaks for about 9 years now and I have been through many managements. I must say that I am very impressed with the changes going on! The maintenance is stepping up there game!! I’m pleased with my apartment complex and I say Thank You for the upgrades you’re doing!! God Bless Bernadette Rodosky

In all honesty when I first moved to ocean oaks apartments I was not thrilled with their management and maintenance services. There was a delay in handling maintenance issues there was a lack of urgency and organization in many areas of their management in my opinion. However, recently, they made changes in management and some of the maintenance crew and pest control services. These changes have been extremely beneficial. Their new management under Mathew seems much more professional, attentive, and genuine. I’ve also had nothing but pleasurable experiences with the new maintenance crew. I recently had an issue with my AC; they were at my apartment before I knew it and took the time to inform me on what they believed happened and how to trouble shoot solutions on my own. Overall, the new management and maintenance crew have been crushing it, I have nothing but good things to say.
