Michelle of Nova Wood made me feel like family from the initial phone call, to the time I walked in the leasing office door. The application process was quick and painless, and I was approved almost instantly. The property was clean and well kept, and the unit space is exactly what I need to get settled in the new city. Mary was also efficient with getting my unit together and move-in ready and was very welcoming and friendly!! I look forward to being a part of the community!

Michelle has made our move to our new home easy and stress free. From applying to Nova Wood to the day of getting our keys our move has been smooth sailing. Any and all doubts and questions have been answered and reassured in a timely manner. She's very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
