Nordica Landing

I would not recommend renting at this apartment community. Over the past two months, I have repeatedly reported ongoing issues with neighbors smoking marijuana, which regularly affects our living space due to the odor. Despite multiple complaints, management has not taken any noticeable action to address the situation. What is especially frustrating is that the lease clearly states that drugs are prohibited on the property, yet this policy does not appear to be consistently enforced. At the same time, management is quick to enforce other lease provisions, such as rent-related notices. As a tenant, I expected concerns affecting the quality of life and enjoyment of my home to be taken seriously. Unfortunately, my experience has been that tenant complaints are largely ignored. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to prospective renters.

Don’t even bother trying to lease here. If you set up an appointment, it doesn’t matter if you’re coming from 30 minutes or two hours away, Nobody’s gonna be in the office and nobody is gonna answer their phones. It’s not even worth trying to lease here. Extremely unprofessional. A waste of my gas, my money and my time. Absolutely ridiculous. The parking lots are completely empty and I see why. Terrible management, terrible professionalism Cause there is none.

The on site manager is the worse. She retaliates, needlessly, if I request any maintenance. I have two work orders tht haven’t been addressed! The presence of rodents/roaches. This problem should need no wait time! Rodent droppings in photo under kitchen sink. Yes, I sent photos to the Al assistant, now being incorporated to request maintenance. Maintenance guy sat in front of my apt bldg, for 30 mins or longer, in a golf cart, smoking. Never even asked about the ceiling lite above stairs being out/broken. And now after waiting 3weeks, I see the presence of fleas. My pet has not had fleas and now subjected to their bites. I am so frustrated and disillusioned, after requesting, repeatedly for some assistance in solving the issue before it becomes epidemic.

I've had a wonderful experience living at Nordica Landing. The apartment is modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with thoughtful layouts and quality finishes that make it feel like home. The management team has been responsive and professional, always addressing any maintenance requests promptly and with care. The community is peaceful and family-friendly, with great neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is also a big plus — convenient access to shopping, schools, and green spaces. I truly appreciate how safe and comfortable it feels living here. Highly recommend Nordica Landing to anyone looking for a great place to live!
