Marlowe Tomoka Village

We’ve had a very pleasant experience living here. The front office is very kind, professional and handles matters quickly. Coming from our last apartment, this is such a breath of fresh air: Nice, quiet, clean apartment. No bugs, no dirty hallways, no weed smell through out the complex. I’m able to enjoy several quiet mornings on my porch with a cup of coffee. The pool is open mostly year around except for occasional routine maintenance. Our dogs loved the dog park as you can see lol. There are often little ducks in the pond and spring has brought babies🤗 There was some construction noise for a few months, that was because they were building right next to us but it’s finished now. The only reason we aren’t renewing for another 14 months is because they are offering very good deals (3 months free) for new tenants to move in but no incentives for existing tenants with a good history to stay🫤. We hate to leave but when this complex & other apartments are offering 2-3 months free… just not for renewal tenants, it kind of forces you out.

I absolutely love living here! The community has a wonderful atmosphere, the apartments are spacious, comfortable, and everything is brand new. The location is fantastic and very convenient. What really stands out is how well the management treats the residents—they genuinely care and are always friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m very happy to call this place home and would highly recommend it!
