I would like to recognize Roberto Ramos from the maintenance team for his outstanding work. Every time I submit a maintenance request through the resident portal, Ivan is always quick to respond and gets the job done efficiently. He is consistently kind, professional, and attentive, and he always takes the time to make sure everything is taken care of properly. It’s not often that people take the time to recognize those who work so hard behind the scenes, but Ivan truly deserves it. His dedication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic do not go unnoticed, and I sincerely appreciate everything he does for the residents. Thank you, Ivan, for your hard work and commitment—it makes a real difference.

Wouldnt recommend to anyone to live here neihbors are loud playing music all the time theres a lingering weed smeel occasionally from nehbors smoking inside there apartments we have kids in our apartment so for us its an issue… the roaches here are awful had pest people come tried every product and they got worse over time at points i would open the fridge and see 3 roaches crawl out makes you sick to your stomach and were not dirty people we would deep clean twice a week atleast to try and contain the infestation complained multiple times and they didnt seem to carw the maintenance crew are probably the only good the about this place very kind and respectful and helpful all around but manegment sucks been going through the moving out process and have been trying to get in contact with somebody for months no returned calls emails and when i go to the office no one is ever there water leak spots in the apartment mold was growing bad outside without being taken care of for roughly a year overall awful experience most erritating part is the lack of communication on there end during business hours especially.

Scheduled a self-guided tour just for there to be no key in the lock box. Waste of time :/
