I personally would NOT recommend living here. it’s not worth the money they charge. I’ve been here over 2 years and the quality of the complex and the people living here has drastically declined. the complex is cheap when it comes to the upkeep and Appearance of this complex. ( this is NOT a luxury complex) it smells like weed 24/7 and the police are here a lot for different issues. the girls in the office are RUDE ( of course nice to meet there move in quota) lol the only positive living here is the maintenance team. oh and the turnover rate between the staff and the residents is crazy!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a wonderful experience living here, and a big reason for that is the amazing staff. Carla is truly the best—she is kind, understanding, and always there whenever you need her. She genuinely cares about the residents and always goes above and beyond to help. These apartments just wouldn’t be the same without her. I also want to recognize José and Fernando from the maintenance team. They are the best! They are always professional, friendly, and quick to take care of any maintenance requests. Their hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated. And Lisa deserves a special thank you as well. She is incredibly kind and welcoming, and she makes such a great first impression the moment you walk through the office doors. Her warm attitude makes everyone feel comfortable and valued. Thank you all for making this such a great place to live. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

Is a amazing place. Management (Carla) is always there. It doesn’t matter what she will find solutions. That’s something that NO all the complex around have. 5 ⭐️ for Maintenance is not enough. That team is PERFECT. They have a talent and compromise that I never seen before. I don’t know how they do it but when a request got submitted they never take more than 20-25 min to shows up. I had an issue with the A/C a weekend day at night (11pm)and maintenance showed up in a record time. Integrity Myst is exactly that INTEGRITY! Some people complain about the price, but you pay for what you want to receive. Apartments are beautiful and everything is new. Also when something needs to be repair they do not patch it up or are cheap about it, they fix with new stuff and make sure it’s fixed for good. Like every other place some people smoke (☘️) or don’t clean after they walk the dogs but management always take care and solve the issues ASAP. If you are looking for a place to rent I invite you to come and stay!

RUN DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR PEACE by moving in here. They don’t care about their residents only the $2300 a month charge, where that money goes I have no clue because prison grounds are probably cleaner. Amities such as the grills, pool fridge and pool stay dirty. Umbrellas broke forever ago and still haven’t been replaced. Inside the buildings are black and smell of trash, marijunna and dog piss and shit. The cops have been here more times than I count and people have been arrested. I reported having roaches over 2 mths ago and it took them a month to even come to my apartment kept saying I was never home which was a lie I didn’t work Thursdays at that time. I asked to have them come out on a different and was told they don’t do that, but I called today and found out they do if the property calls and asks but it’s a fee. Guess my $2300 a month doesn’t cover the $75 fee to come have my apartment treated for GERMAN ROACHES. I have sent numerous pictures to them of my findings and this last time there was a roach and she laid babies in the trap but to them this isn’t a problem. They finally scheduled me a deep extermination ONLY after I walked to the office and was pissed. The massey guy is clueless and didn’t even do a through inspection the ONE time he has came and didn’t even treat my whole apartment just the kitchen area, oh I’m sorry he’s been 2x in the 2 mths I’ve reported roaches. They don’t care this is unsanitary and a health issue for me and my son. I regret renewing my lease at this dump they call “luxury “.
