Great condos. Penthouse was beautiful. Under construction but right off the beach.

Under Construction 2026. Very hard to get anything delivered due to code being required for entry. Beach area is not as crowded as some other areas are.

⭐️ 1 STAR – Extremely Unsafe and Unclean Condo – Had to Leave Early ( Unit 103 Renter beware) Our Thanksgiving trip was completely ruined by the shocking condition of this condo. As soon as we arrived, we noticed mold growing inside multiple air vents, which is a serious health concern. Even worse, there was electrical wiring hanging from the ceiling fan, including what looked like a household extension cord being used as wiring. This is an obvious fire hazard, and we actually saw sparks coming from the wires. The condo was also very dirty, including roaches on the couch, dusty surfaces, and overall poor maintenance. We took plenty of photos because the condition was unacceptable and unsafe. We ended up having to leave and check into a hotel, costing us additional money during a holiday week. Our host, Amy, was unhelpful and dismissive when we reached out about these extremely serious issues. We have since filed complaints with VRBO and with the Code Enforcement Department in Daytona, Florida because no guest should ever be exposed to these unsafe living conditions. We strongly advise avoiding this rental until it is properly cleaned, repaired, and inspected.
