Enclave at 3230

Angel is exactly like her name an absolute angel!! I had an application to another apartment and they were being so far from helpful. I decided to come and tour enclave and immediately changed my mind with not only how gorgeous and inviting this apartment is, but angel being so knowledgeable and helpful. We just signed our lease and our so very grateful!!

Angel is really great! I feel like she actually knows the residents and recognizes us!! We moved in June of 2025 due to an unexpected life change, we applied and within a few days we had keys!! Of course there were a few pre existing minor bumps in the apartment from people's previous pets but im okay with it, unfortunately i didnt quite notice all of it while i had the opportunity to write them the sheet with pre existing damages so hopefully that wont go againt me one day ❤️ I chose to move into a previously lived in space and this is my first apartment!! Maintenance is extremely timely and respectful! My bathroom fan had water in it at one point and they came very quickly to remove the water and he even bleached the vent and ceiling surrounding it to prevent bacteria or mold growth!! The only thing I wish were more enforced are the trash rules and regulations. My neighbors constantly have overflowing trash bags at their doorstep or leaky bags.. the trash typically gets kicked over to my door mat which i do not appreciate... Maintenance men do come and sweep and mop the halls frequently on my floor but then the neighbors ruin it within a day or two with their leaky smelly trash bags!!! But the staff here are very attentive and caring considering the stuff they deal with on a day to day basis. I will be renewing my lease 100% this year and plan on living here for a long time!!! The pool and pool area is well kept and rarely needs to be closed for maintenance or water issues and that is completely understandable. Lighting was just updated in my building and it is so bright and makes it feel like a safe environment. Shout out to Angel and Jarret for making this place truly feel like home! You've made MY first home of my own feel like a dream!

Just moved here from PA to do grad school and I really love this apartment complex. Great people. The leasing staff are so great with setting up your new apartment I went with Sarah for the original lease and now the transfer is with Jarett and theyve been great. I also see Angela all the time and she’s so friendly! The pool is my favorite part along with the location so close to the beach! Its like a five minute drive I think. The apartments are so freaking nice too. Some things you should know is that building 1 is the quiet building so if you have pets or kids or friends you should live in another building. I highly recommend this place to other classmates and think it has made the perfect home.

The office and maintenance team are filled with good people. I can't say enough about Christian, Austin, Angel, Sarah and the head honcho, Jarrett. They care a lot. When an issue arises, they address it right away. The amenities are very nice and well maintained. The layouts of the apartments are good. The kitchen's the best part of the apartment. ... These next few comments are follow up to my previous words above and below. As you can see below, I outlined in my first post some concerns about valet trash and dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs. Management addressed the valet trash issue right away yesterday. Hopeful the dog issue can be taken care of. Jarrett, the manager, does not mess around when it comes to serious issues here. I'm very appreciative of his efforts and his team. Great team! As I've told him and his team before they make it feel like home which is why I care so much too about this place. We're all in this together and people need to be considerate of each other. Again, I am grateful for the Enclave management and maintenance teams. (The followng are my prior comments...) Many dog owners here don't clean up after their dogs. I am a dog owner and that's the biggest concern I have about living here. I know other dog owners here that share the same concern. Many residents don't clean up after their dogs. My dog got very ill from parasites due to the dog droppings left everywhere on the property. It's impossible to go anywhere on the property without stepping in it or maneuvering around it. I lived many other places and haven't seen it as bad as this. Valet trash could do a better job of not leaving messes in the elevators and on the floors. We pay for the service but they seem to not care about the property and making sure that they don't leave trash behind or to not damage the floors and walls with fluids and their carts. Too often there are messes left on the floors after valet trash does their round each night. Soon after maintenance cleans a floor or paints a floor valet trash messes it up the next day. Whatever happened to people taking pride in their work? I know the maintenance and office team do. I guess the bottom line is some people just don't care. The office team and maintenance team do care but there's only so much they can do.

angel helped me every single day to get this apartment here. she was super attentive, consistent, and on top of everything. she strived hard to make sure i moved in quickly and easily, always answered all my questions, walked me through every step, and was super knowledgable about everything. you can tell she really cares about everyone here, she was absolutely the best!!!!! ❤️
