Dimucci Twin towers

The buildings great, really well built with great views on the upper floors. We stayed on the 11th floor. But the Condo fees destroy the value, a monthly mortgage for a beachfront home is the same. Who wants to own something and continue to pay major fees each month?

Company from up North who were in need of a bit of sunshine came to Daytona....they wanted an ocean view to see the sun rise...well they got what they needed.....right outside their slider. Ocean view, beach to walk on, and a staff of helpful, professional and yes friendly folks.

Loved the condo, really good price, just not as good a view of the beach as we wanted.
