I like to recommend Joanna for her outstanding performance job she doing in coral bay villas she's is a hard working manager and she gets the job done without any but if or and I would recommend people to move to this place because of the updates on all the apartment I'll gave her a 10 overall she deserves a 100 percent from me tenants Angel 😇

Never got my security deposit back

We lived here for 3 years, from Nov 2021-Nov 2024. The community itself is quiet. Most neighbors are nice but dog owners do not pick up feces. The one star is for the office staff (Laurie) and the owners of this apartment complex. The maintenance staff is fine. The one star is for multiple reasons. I'll begin with the flooring. It's awful. Very unstable and needs constant repair. Also, be prepared for the rent to increase yearly. I had an issue when the staff entered my unit without permission and it wasn't for any emergency repair. The return of my full security deposit was an issue because of their lack of communication. I did get the complete refund after days of fighting with emails, letters and cost to me for certified mail. No one reached out to me from upper management after multiple requests. Laurie is overwhelmed and she doesn't mind telling you and everyone else her business and other people's business She has excuses for everything. Keep searching, there's better apartment complexes than this one

Laurie it’s so helpful patience gives u options very sweet lady I just apply I be there soon and it will be a pleasure to have a lady so helpful that cares she’s the best ❤️
