Charleston Place Apartments

Maintenance is awesome they quickly come to repair anything out of order.

We all struggle trying to find decent housing these days. I have been living here at Charleston Place Apartments for 3 yrs now. I have been very pleased with my community. Let me start with the front office because that sets the precedence for the apartment complex. The staff is always available for questions or to meet the needs of the residents. From day one as I worked through paperwork with housing and several renewals. Again great communication within the entire team Troy,Kim,Raphael. Moving to maintenance staff. I moved from another complex where that was a major problem but not here. The order goes in to head of maintenance and Kip gets it to his team and it’s done. Always respectful to your home and your needs. The staff in office responds quick to any correspondence and our community is kept up from first thing every morning till quitting time. Again I like coming home here and hope to keep being a proud renter here at Charleston House Way.
