Bungalows of Port Orange

I've lived at the Bungalows of Port Orange for the past three years, and I have no major complaints. The manager Jen is amazing and has consistently gone above and beyond whenever I've needed assistance. Junior, the maintenance man, has also been excellent, responding promptly whenever I submit a service request. I live in a one bedroom apartment with my two cats, and there's plenty of space for all of us. The apartment has a beautiful black bar area that matches the appliances perfectly. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and range, and there's also a dedicated laundry area if you want to install your own washer and dryer. You have your living room, bedroom, bathroom, and storage closets. There's even attic space. Outside you have a patio area also. One of the biggest benefits is that my rent includes almost everything except electricity. Cable TV and 300 Mbps internet are both included, which adds a lot of value. The community feels very safe, and I've had zero issues during the entire time I've lived here. The location is also very convenient, with shopping, grocery stores, and plenty of dining options just minutes away. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend the Bungalows of Port Orange to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment in a safe, convenient location.

Jennifer, the manager on site is great. She always responds when I have a question or need anything. My air conditioner wasn't cooling enough and a new unit was ordered right away and installed the day it arrived.

Just renewed my lease for another year, so thankful for Jenn in the office she's always there when i have a question, or if I need anything fixed, she gets right on it!

Lived here for 4 years. Jennifer, property manager, is always very quick to address any issue i have ever had. Very professional, reliable, and kind.
