Bayshore Bath & Tennis Club

I thought these were called Bayview Towers, forgive me if I have the wrong location. Anyway, my friends condo (900sq ft) is the smallest unit - 1 bed 1 1/2 bath. They are old and decor is outdated so all 5 residents I am friends with are doing or have done some renovations. And it’s worth it, if only for the location. And the residents are friendly - older so not a party bunch. The back facing units have stunning views of Halifax River, a short distance from a huge bridge. Dolphins play, sunsets are amazing and, for the brave, you can paddle board, canoe, kayak, etc. The front facing can see Daytona Beach in the near distance. Obviously, it’s only a short walk or bike ride to the central beach. Another draw is the affordable price many are going for; condos like this in, say, New Smyrna, would be a couple times more!
