I just finished moving into the Lpga location. The young lady who assisted me through the application & move in contract was so helpful. Her name is Morgan Hay & if you plan on moving in here ask for her. She was great , punctual & I couldn't have done it without her help.

Moving into a new place is usually incredibly stressful, but Morgan made the entire experience an absolute breeze. From our very first interaction, she was amazing to work with, extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She is incredibly knowledgeable and answered every single question I had without hesitation, which gave me complete peace of mind. If your looking for a smooth, stress-free moving process, you definitely want to work with Morgan. She goes above and beyond!

I lived there for a year; the place was acceptable and pleasant, but you should be aware that they might steal your deposit like they did to me. I always clean the place as best I can after each lease ends because they charged me $150 for cleaning and $160 for painting. They said it was $450 and reduced it to $160. The deposit was $750 minus $310; I'm still waiting for the remaining $440. I paid for the last month and left about eight days early, but I paid in full. They claim I left a month early. Of course, I haven't been back there since I moved almost 230 miles away. So, be careful with this office.

Really bad . Would not recommend at all. . have had so many maintenance issues one right after the other. It's ridiculous. Really I am not even sure at this moment if I c Would have give them at 1 at this point .
