Where do I even begin with this place? Starting with the office manager, Jahaira. She was rarely in the office, and she never answered phone calls or emails. Our first interaction with her wasn't friendly at all. When we came to pick up our keys, it felt like she treated us as if we were there to bother her rather than welcome new residents. Whenever we tried to raise concerns, she would immediately become defensive instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue. The quality of the construction is also very poor. You'll constantly hear people walking, kids running, and other everyday noise because the sound insulation is terrible. The apartments are also very small for the price they charge. The parking situation is the WORST I've ever seen. After about 9pm, finding a parking spot is impossible. Many residents park their work vehicles and visitors' vehicles in the resident parking spots, leaving people who actually pay to live here without a place to park. Residents in the townhomes also use their garages, driveways, and the parking spaces assigned for apartment residents, making the parking situation even worse. I honestly don't think this place was built with enough parking in mind. We were told that parking spaces would be assigned based on the number of people living in each unit, but that doesn't seem to be enforced. We've seen townhomes with only 2 residents that have 4 vehicles, while other residents struggle to find a single parking spot every night. Maintenance also takes longer than it should to complete repairs, yet management has no shortage of rules and expectations for residents to follow. For the amount of money you pay, the quality and overall experience just aren't worth it. I wouldn't recommend living here.

Worst place I’ve ever been too it stinks and i saw a rat near my bedroom and bugs in the bathroom I’m never coming back here again it gave me trauma

Unfortunately, my experience living here was not a positive one. The property did not meet my expectations, and there were several ongoing issues that made it difficult to enjoy living here. For the price, I expected a much better experience.

I did really like this place but now the prices are really high and they don’t really care about us anymore. Absolutely disappointed and I’m definitely moving soon because this is just too much

Was not what I expected at all. Did not match the pictures online and they had rodent problem. Would not recommend.
