Been living here for 7 almost months now. THEY WILL DO THHE MINIMUM AND CONSTANTLY FLIP UNITS keep in mind I waited 7 & 1/2 months to make this public info Maintenance Team is terrible. - Upstairs neighbor bath water leaks into my wall (THEY HAVENT FIXED IT MY NEIGHBOR just doesn't take baths) There are still holes in my bathroom wall.... after EIGHT AMERICAN MONTHS - Water leaks into my living room when it rains - They wont replace my sink in the bathroom to match the one the unit came with (its $26 on amazon and my rent is 1300/month they sold me on 1100) :) - Pool is barely open and they leak they pool water into the ocean :) No one really cares about getting stuff done. They really only just flip apartments to get you in and only fix immediate issues. I have rent late fees because I operate with the same ambition they do. Yet I seem to be the only one doing ANY Part of the contract I signed.

Affordable and quiet love the location that was a big plus for me moving over here, just a bridge away from the ocean & beach street has some of the best dining options!
