I would avoid moving here at all costs. Buying or renting. The HOA have absurd rules like not able to move in or out ok Sunday’s. Hence most ppl only have the weekends to move if you work a regular 9-5. Can’t have a guest for more than a couple days with a parking pass otherwise they require you to add them to your lease.. They also have a WhatsApp group chat where the same owners and residents make fun of and complain about other tenants in the same community while in the presence of management in the groups. Really avoid at all costs
