I have to give Romane and Michele 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the attention and care , and professionalism they demonstrated during the time my air condition went out was top notch…. I experienced a breakdown in my a/c for several months, but it wasn’t until Romame came to take a look at it and realized my problem, is when real action occurred, he didn’t just brush me off . He noticed from the first time he took a look at my a/c inside and outside that I had a real issue. I needed a new unit, he notified Michele, the assistant property manager, and she took action and made the right calls to make sure I received a new unit , they were both very concerned & caring… Each time I created a work order , Romane made sure to give me cool air, temporarily until my new a/c unit was installed . I hope they both will be with the waves apartment homes for a long time!! Romane and Michele are Stars, ⭐️ 10 out of 10!!!

Great community that is clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The staff is professional and helpful, and the location is very convenient. Overall, it’s a great place to live.

Michael should fired she fake not helpful worst attitude ever , she’s clearly just Shows up to get free money , she got into my personal business calling my Girlfriend and told her about my knee girlfriend influence her to remove her self off my least . Which i paid on time every month . Still got me put out . The apartment has a bad mold problem 817 building 2 is terrible!! The maintenance guys don’t like to work very dirty around the trashy wouldn’t recommend no one to live here

I had a rough time when I lived here, and the management went above and beyond to accommodate me. It wasn’t my favorite place to live, and it ended up becoming home with the help of the staff.
