This community offers a vibrant social atmosphere with friendly neighbors and frequent community events, all within a beautifully maintained property featuring modern amenities like pools, a gym, and lush landscaping. While the location is highly praised for its convenience to shops, restaurants, and major highways, some residents have noted concerns regarding inconsistent maintenance, occasional issues with appliance quality, and a lack of transparency in billing and communication from the management team.

I lived in this community for a couple of years, and unfortunately my experience did not justify the price. While the apartments appear modern at first glance, many features are outdated and require frequent maintenance. The closet doors are fragile and broke easily, the garage doors are old and often malfunction, and the laundry appliances are below average. Maintenance was another major issue. Repairs often took much longer than expected, and the quality of the work was inconsistent. The office staff was generally unhelpful when concerns were brought to their attention, which made resolving issues frustrating. The air conditioning system also performed poorly. Certain rooms were consistently warmer than others, and the apartment would often feel humid even when the A/C was running. Natural lighting is very limited, making the units feel dark throughout most of the day. Combined with the other issues, the overall living environment felt less comfortable than expected. Another concern was the monthly billing. Rent-related charges were not always consistent, and additional fees would occasionally appear without clear explanation, making it difficult to know what to expect each month. Overall, I don’t believe this community offers good value for the price. There are better-maintained properties in the area with more responsive management and comparable or lower rent. I would encourage prospective renters to explore other options before signing a lease.

Renting an apartment that’s not up to par and standards is unacceptable, they don’t care about the condition of how they’re renting the place, as long as they get their rent

We just moved here at Soloero from N.J and so far everything has been very good. First of all Carlos Mendez has been very helpful since the minute we walked through the Leasing offices. He has been great help with everything. He is very professional in every aspect. The Solero community is very clean and joyful to wañk and enjoy everything it offers.

I never moved in, my application was denied. I have no issue with that. My issue is what happened after. I paid a $250 application fee in March 2026. On March 18, Greystar sent an official notification that my refund was initiated. On March 22, I submitted my correct bank information through their payment link and received a “Successfully Submitted” confirmation with a Transaction ID. Processing time was stated as up to 3 days. Three months later, I still have not received the money. I have sent over 33 emails. In that time I received three completely contradictory explanations-a check was stopped, then an electronic transfer failed, then a check was stopped again- each time with a promise that “an email is coming shortly.” The same promise, word for word, repeated since May. No one has been able to explain what happened to my March 22 transaction. No one has taken responsibility. I am now filing with the BBB, Florida Attorney General, and Broward County Small Claims Court. If you are considering applying here from out of state, please be aware of how they handle refunds.
