Shalimar at Plantation West

Randy seemed to be Professional! He greeted me, assisted me with my application process & tour of both East & West Buildings, as well as Manager Nicole was Awesome. Shalimar is just Beautiful. Except left side of dog park. I can't wait to move to enjoy my new place & all the Great Amenities. I found out once Randy was no longer working here, he didn't explain water bill or give proper information regarding unit. The unit I moved into someone lived there before me, because I continue to get mail for 5 different people who lived in this unit before me & there was several writing under cabinetry & outside patio was not the best. I requested a brand new unit no one lived before. Unfortunately, the Manager Nicole couldn't continue to assist me because she no longer work at the property.

We had an amazing experience with Yael. She was incredibly easy to work with. Attentive, responsive, and on top of every detail. We were on a tight one week timeline to find a new apartment, and she replied to emails quickly, answered all our questions thoroughly, and kept the process moving without a hitch. We actually had to pull out of another complex at the last minute because they were the opposite of all those things. Yael made us feel at home from the start, welcomed our dog with open arms, and even surprised us with a personal gift basket (including treats for our pup!). I just wanted to share my appreciation regarding the service from the leasing agents. I've been a resident for over a year now, and the efficiency at the rental office, especially GRETEL YACAMAN, is always excellent. Her attention and efficiency are outstanding. She resolves any issues quickly and makes my stay more pleasant and comfortable. She also speaks Spanish, which makes communication much easier. Realy congrat for your work team. 👏🤗🌟

The staff at the leasing office were wonderful. Gina, in particular, helped us throughout the entire moving process. We really enjoyed the community.
