One Plantation

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! DO NOT MOVE HERE! My name is Elina, and I am a realtor. I brought a client here despite the fact that they don't even work with realtors. My client applied on June 13, was approved with conditions, and then they asked us to add one more household member to the application. We did that immediately. Today is July 7, and there is still NO information and NO final decision! To be honest, it seems like the only thing they do is give tours. Every time I've been there, one manager is giving tours while another one is sitting there wearing headphones. And if you need to reach them by phone, you have to call for 3–4 hours before someone finally answers. THAT'S CRAZY! People have jobs, families, deadlines, and other things to do. If you are a leasing office, you have to RESPOND, SUPPORT, and HELP FUTURE TENANTS! At the very least, if your building isn't the right fit or you're not going to approve someone, people need enough time to apply somewhere else and move on time. These are NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS, and the level of customer service is unacceptable. To be honest, I think if you actually worked with realtors, your staff would perform much better. I will definitely think twice before even recommend this location to someone.

I have had a great experience at One Plantation Apartments, and a big reason for that is the outstanding leasing office staff and maintenance team. Ruben and Valentino have been incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my time here. They are always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it's answering questions, assisting with requests, or making the leasing process smooth and stress-free, they consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The maintenance team also deserves recognition for their exceptional work. They are prompt, efficient, and reliable whenever a maintenance request is submitted. Issues are addressed quickly and completed with professionalism and attention to detail, which makes living here comfortable and worry-free. It's refreshing to live in a community where the staff truly cares about resident satisfaction. Thank you, Ruben, Valentino, and the entire maintenance team for your dedication and hard work. Your efforts do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. I highly recommend One Plantation Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed community with an excellent staff.

I have lived here ar One Plantation for 3 years now. I love it here. Everyone that works here is so nice and they all work hard to keep all the residents happy. The maintenance men are always the best. Ramon is the supervisor. Ramon is the key to success to fix or solve anything, and is so friendly!!

We had a really disappointing experience touring One Plantation Apartments. My fiancé and I originally booked for 2:00 PM, and when we realized we’d be running late, we called ahead and were told moving it to 2:30 PM was fine. We were even reassured that everything was confirmed. We actually arrived at 2:15. When we got there, the leasing manager, Valentina, immediately seemed dismissive and uninterested. She told us she could only show us one unit—the smallest 2 bed/2 bath—because someone else also had a 2:30 appointment. However, by the time we finished looking at that one apartment at 2:35, that 2:30 appointment still hadn’t even shown up. Despite that, we weren’t shown any amenities, given any real information, or made to feel welcome at all. The tour felt rushed and awkward, with her mostly standing by the door and not engaging with us. Based on this experience, we will not be moving forward with this property or giving it another chance. This was a poor first impression and not the level of professionalism we would expect when making a decision this important.
