I couldn’t be happier with my experience leasing my new apartment! From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, professional, and welcoming. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It truly feels like home. I would especially like to recognize Kimberly and Teresa for all their help throughout the process. They were both incredibly kind, professional, patient, and attentive. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood everything, and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. It is clear that they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in what they do. Having people like Kimberly and Teresa to guide you through the leasing process makes a huge difference. Teresa is the absolute best! She made me feel so comfortable while I was there (she is also very beautiful, may I add). I am so happy to have a Property Manager that truly cares!

We moved out when the lease ended, and now they want us to pay for two more months. It’s poor management they raise prices without offering quality. I hope they stop charging me these bogus amounts, because I handed in my key on time; it’s absurd that they want more payment now.
