It's so nice to arrive here, I love living here because the service is excellent, from the delicious coffee prepared by Roberto, to even just walking in and asking a question, the service is top-notch, and the manager has amazing people skills. I highly recommend this place to live.

This is our 4th year at Legacy Hollywood, and we have had a great experience. Any time we have any maintenance issues they come within 24 hours and fix anything needed! That is truly very convenient

I came to the back-to-school activity organized by the office for the children. It was a great idea, everything was excellent. I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire team, from manager Kellys and her assistant, to maintenance supervisor Andres and his assistant Raul, for the hard work they do together so that we can feel good in our homes.

During this school vacation we truly enjoyed the common areas at Residences at Hollywood. We spent wonderful days by the pool, at the playground, and in the BBQ area. Everything was always very clean and well maintained. While we were at the pool, Kellys came out and kindly offered us snacks and sodas. It was such a thoughtful gesture that for a moment it made us feel like we were staying at a hotel. Small details like that make all the difference and create a warm, welcoming, family friendly atmosphere.

We want to thank the property manager and the assistant property manager for welcoming my family and I to legacy of Hollywood. We was treated very nice and it feels like home already. The staff were very polite, very professional and answer all our concerns. Thank you so much. We also want to thank you for inviting us for a lottery scratch off gathering at the offices.
