I felt your Pain Fusion what I learned over years what ever Front Office tells you let go through one ear out other… I used have watch walking on grass and sidewalks for Dog Shit ! Nothing gonna change until the Owners Make Changes starting with Front Office ! 🙄 Like Faaria Said Don’t believe Ratings front Office… Residents pay 2 Trash Fees and Saturday I walked into office spoke with guy said he would send email that my moving company could drop Bilk Trash… Never Done ! Walked into office spoke Manager Maria who stated she won’t do it Not Her Job ! Then what is her job sit there office like Plant… Renters Beware ! Good thing My Hours Supervising her Employees and Follow Ups for jobs Not Done… Are Billable at $30 hour… 😎 I Feel your Pain Faaria… Every Time I call Maintenance I have spend my Valuable Time Supervising Maria employees. I had a discussion months ago with Maria about Maintenance entering the apartment Illegally she told me Never happen again… Guess what a week ago this happened again. I was close calling Sunrise Police department file a report. I had a conversation with Manager and had explain his employees need read English on Work Order… Also a Chop Shop being run next door, that’s Why Cars being Broken into… Management is either Naive or in on it… I have pictures of Car parts from garage… Renters Beware ! Can’t Wait for Copy and Paste Response ! Thanks to the Owners Visit Yesterday the Back Gate Lock Finally Got replaced after 10 years! I Never seen the Front Office on Its P’s and Que’s Yesterday.. Marie was outside directing gardening outside by pool making sure everything looked good for Owners.. I wish the Owners Could come every Week.. Maybe then the Barbecue Grills would Work and the Mini Fridges The Abandoned Jet Ski for years hasn’t Moved or the Car and Parts Underneath Would be removed ! Both been Disabled for Years!…We Pay a lot of Money to Live Here! …. 🙏So again the outside gate lock broken again.. Last week same issue. I’ve been living here over 10 years they Refuse Replace Lock ! This been going on for Years… I Can’t Wait for Copy and Paste Response…. lol So Yesterday I receive a call from Karissa in Management Office stating she sent over the renewal rental agreement for last 3 weeks but forgot 01 in my email address. I stated I get all emails from Arium about the community but Not Renewal Agreement ! If a correct email Can’t be sent then how can handle Rental Contracts. I was also asked to remove previous post I Refused All True… 30 minutes later I was asked to come into office to speak with Maria. I came put my cell phone on the desk hit Record she Decided. I wonder why, Accountability ? I wanted to do this because last conversation we had 3 weeks ago she Lied Directly to my Face… After speaking with her she Finally told truth and stated not renewing my lease. Management Strong me along for 3 Weeks bottom line what ever they tell you on phone or face to face Don’t Trust ! Renters Beware ! By way unit across from me still empty 5 months now… Go figure Renters Beware ! I have been living at Arium for 11 Years Now. These apartments have been built 1994 and Bought and Sold 3 Times Now. I’ve seen Management and Maintenance Hired and Fired. So much turnaround ! I had a conversation with Manager Maria about moving from my Unit in Which been here 11 years definitely needs updating to moving to another updated unit. She look me eye and said have new lease agreements in few days. It now been 2 weeks and I get Nothing but run around. She one look you Face and Lied ! She Can’t be trusted. The unit directly across from me been empty for 5 months now that’s over 10K revenue lost ! They told me month ago it’s rented but still sits Empty ! I’ve seen residents Smoke Weed and Drink outside and having to explain the smell to my daughters ! People work on cars with engine parts on floor as if Repair Shop…. An abandoned Jet ski Not Moved for Years. Bottom Line Renter Beware Management Can’t Be Trusted !

Wouldn't recommend moving here. The walls are so thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor dogs when they walk! Maintenance sucks and there isn't enough parking for everyone. I recently found that they painted over a mosquito and I can still see the imprint. How lazy. Update: I really hate this place. In order to get a problem fixed you have to go to the office because no one answers emails or keeps their word. It's always something at this place!!!! I'm so sick of it!!!

Love arium sunrise. If you are moving in consider choosing building 18,19 or 20 the other building are near the trash or finding parking is difficult.

I’ve lived here for over a year and I recommend it there’s just a few things that everyone who wants to move in need to know: There is a lot of complains about the trash building up and no parking so if you are looking to move in do not move into building 8 it’s right next to the trash compactor and the smell is horrible. I would also recommend not to move into building 16 because there is no parking in front of it and that’s why so many people complain. I would recommend 2nd floor if you like privacy and easy accessibility. The 3rd floor is too much of a hassle specially since there is no elevator and 1st floor people can see into your house through the windows and sliding door because the windows aren’t tinted. I would recommend building 18, 19, 20 if you want plenty of parking, be far away from the trash compactor, you get direct access to the Publix, it’s near the main pool, tennis court, office and main gate. Btw the building number is the first numbers of the unit number, then comes the floor #. For example 20306 is building 20 on the 3rd floor. It’s a wonderful place to live but picking the right building is important.
