This community offers a generally peaceful living experience with a strong and responsive maintenance team, often praised for their professionalism and efficiency in addressing repair requests quickly. While the location near the mall and bus stops is a significant advantage for daily convenience, some residents have noted concerns about inconsistent property upkeep, including issues with trash management, broken amenities like the second pool and jacuzzi, and occasional security concerns.

Horrible manager. I would never recommend this community to anyone. As a licensed Realtor and a Travel business owner, I have worked with many apartment communities over the years, and this was, without question, one of the worst experiences I have ever had. My clients and I were treated with hostility from the moment we walked through the door. Due to a simple mistake, my clients had entered their information online without realizing it would prevent the leasing office from working with me as their Realtor. Instead of calmly explaining the situation or trying to help, the assistant manager immediately became rude, dismissive, and spoke to my clients in a raised, disrespectful tone simply because they wanted to continue working through their Realtor. When we asked to speak with the property manager, the situation became even worse. I was honestly shocked by the level of unprofessionalism. It felt as though new “rules” were being invented during the conversation. When I politely asked to see the written policy that supposedly supported what she was saying, she refused to provide any documentation. She also refused to identify herself by name, despite being the property manager. I have never experienced a manager refusing to tell a customer who they are while speaking to them in such an aggressive manner. Throughout the entire interaction, neither I nor my clients were rude. We simply asked questions and requested clarification. Instead of receiving professional customer service, we were met with arrogance, hostility, and complete disrespect. No potential resident or Realtor deserves to be treated this way. Ironically, my clients were fully qualified and prepared to pay the required deposits and move forward with leasing. After this experience, however, they refused to live here on principle. No apartment, no matter how nice it may be, is worth being treated like this. To make matters worse, during their previous visit to this community, no one even showed them the apartment they came to see, and no one bothered to follow up afterward. It is incredibly disappointing to see a community lose qualified residents because of the behavior of its management team. I sincerely hope the property owner becomes aware of how prospective residents and Realtors are being treated. If you value professionalism, respect, and basic customer service, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. There are many communities that truly appreciate their future residents. This is not one of them.
