Bianca, the Assistant Business Manager, is incredibly helpful and is always willing to assist residents with a smile. She is warm and welcoming. I could not be more thankful to have staff who support their residents and provide such quality assistance when needed within the community.

My move-in experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to Bianca. She explained everything clearly, stayed in touch throughout the entire process, and even called before move-in to answer any last-minute questions. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy.

I originally left a 5-star review when management kindly asked me too, but after living here for 2.5 years, I feel it is necessary to update it. During my time here, I raised only two major concerns: one related to ongoing noise and one related to an odor/maintenance issue. Both were raised in a reasonable and respectful manner. Unfortunately, both issues were unnecessarily drawn out over several months due to poor follow-through and ineffective handling by the property manager, Dominique Frederic. Rather than working toward practical solutions, my concerns were repeatedly minimized with responses such as “no other tenants are complaining” or that the situation was “normal.” Regarding the noise issue, I provided extensive audio and video recordings at management’s request, including recordings of consistent daily barking. After providing that documentation, I was then told that staff or the courtesy officer would need to witness the issue in real time, despite the fact that the problem often occurred when they were not on duty. I also reported concerns that my water heater was failing and contributing to an odor in the apartment. I provided photographs showing the condition of the unit and was told the water heater would be replaced. After waiting approximately 30 days without receiving a timeframe, I emailed Dominique directly requesting an update and did not receive a response. The following week, I placed a 7-day notice on the management office door. On April 1, 2026, Dominique came to my apartment door unannounced and demanded entry into my unit so she could personally inspect the water heater. I explained through my Ring camera that I was in the shower and asked if she could come back in 15 minutes. Dominique aggressively responded, “No I can’t, I have to come in now.” I provided the recording of that interaction to corporate. During the inspection, Dominique stated to me, “You have been a headache since day 1,” while also pushing me to cancel my lease. The water heater was replaced two days later. What concerned me most was that, after I continued documenting these issues, Dominique responded to my complaints with fabricated claims about my conduct, including claims that I had been aggressively threatening other tenants. When I responded with corporate copied and requested proof or specifics to support those claims, I did not receive a response. Dominique later placed a 7-day notice to cure on my door containing additional allegations, again without meaningful specifics. I responded by email to Dominique, corporate, and the law firm that prepared the notice, providing documentation disputing the allegations. To date, I have not received a substantive response, and no further action appears to have been taken. Based on my experience, the issue was not simply that maintenance or noise problems occurred. The issue was the way legitimate concerns were handled: delayed responses, lack of follow-through, minimization of evidence, and fabricated accusations after I attempted to advocate for myself as a tenant. Photos of the original water heater condition are included for context.
