Newly restored building with new roof, new common AC systems, new laundry machines in laundry rooms (You can have washer dryer in unit also). Resort style pool deck! Large apartments. Best value in Sunny Isles Beach! Great management and most importantly a very nice board of directors!

A very unpleasant situation happened near the entrance of Winston Towers 400. We stopped at the entrance to drop off my young daughter. A responsible adult was already coming down to escort her inside, and we had just arrived. Within about a minute, a female concierge approached us and told us to move the car. I slightly adjusted the vehicle, even though we were not blocking traffic or pedestrians. About 30 seconds later, a male concierge came up and told us to leave the area entirely. He repeatedly said, “You need to leave,” and was essentially forcing us to drive away. I calmly explained that we were waiting for my daughter to go inside and that the responsible adult was already on the way down. It would have taken one or two minutes at most. I also asked why another vehicle next to us — which was blocking the pedestrian area and the entrance — was allowed to remain there without being asked to move. After I asked this question, the male concierge became visibly upset, raised his voice, and started shouting that it was “loading,” continuing to tell us to leave. If strict policies exist regarding stopping at the entrance, they must be enforced consistently and communicated professionally. The confrontational tone, inconsistent enforcement, and lack of courtesy demonstrated in this interaction were inappropriate and reflect poorly on building management. I hope management addresses how residents and visitors are treated.

The entire complex is simply pulchritudinous! And the knockers are quite unique and oddly mesmerizing.

Nice place. Went to visit a friend here. Security desk at front checks you in and asks where you're going. Great views from condo balconies. Pretty quiet area.

The association is well-run. The place is clean and has reasonable amenities. Building is in a great area. Very close to beach, restaurants, shopping, groceries, 2 airports Walking friendly town. Management and security/concierge staff is friendly and effective. Building manager is doing a fine job running the building.
