I have been living here for 3years and it just keeps getting better and better. the new management company has hired very helpful and caring people in the front office, Marie and Lorraine are FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend these apartments they are well maintained, close to everything, lots of parking.

Her dedication and commitment to the residents truly make a difference. The entire office staff has been wonderful, and we are very grateful for the excellent service they provide. Living at Waterview Coconut Creek has truly been an incredible experience! The service now under this new management has made a huge difference in my decision to live here! From the moment you enter the community, you can feel how peaceful, clean, and welcoming everything is. The apartments are beautiful — modern, bright, spacious, and very cozy. The renovated kitchens, stainless steel appliances, and open concept make the apartment truly feel like home. One of the things I like most is the sense of peace this place transmits. Whether enjoying the resort-style pool, working out at the gym, walking around the lake, or simply sitting outside to appreciate the view… everything here exudes a light and pleasant energy. ☀️🌊 The community is also very well-maintained, family-friendly, and located in an excellent area, close to everything you need.
