Really comfortable stay overall. The room was quiet, well organized, and had a cozy feel that made it easy to relax after a long day. The kitchenette was practical and added extra convenience. Everything was clean, check-in was simple, and the staff was courteous and responsive. The area felt safe and it was easy to find nearby places to eat and shop. Solid choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay with good comfort and value. I’d stay again without hesitation.

This apartment complex has made my leasing and move in experience super easy. Brian has been very friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease with all the of questions I had prior to moving in. I love how clean the gym and the pool is. Management is awesome and super easy to get ahold of. Thank you Waterford Bay for giving me the best first time experience.

Absolutely love living here! Big shoutout to Brian, our property manager—he’s always on top of things and it shows. The pool is immaculate year-round, the community is clean and friendly, and my roommate and I feel right at home. So glad I moved from my old (and pricier) place!

I have been living here for a month now and am quite happy. It is very quiet here which is great! Brian has been extremely helpful with making sure any maintenance issues have been taken care of. The office staff is very kind and patient. I look forward to being here for a while!

I NEVER leave reviews, but my experience at this apartment complex has been so profoundly negative that it still significantly contributes to my anxiety and emotional distress, even months after moving out. I would like to preface this review by stating that what follows represents only a portion of the EXTENSIVE issues I endured. Paying nearly $2100 for a 1 bed/1bath (with $10 dedicated monthly for “pest control” I NEVER SAW) for such substandard living conditions and management is utterly unacceptable and truly ludicrous. The only positive compliment I can give to this place was that I was fortunate enough to have a roof over my head. A primary source of torment was the persistent pest problem, including a RAT INFESTATION that took over a month to address, leading to countless destroyed items and devoured food. Worse, the presence of rat urine and droppings caused me to become incredibly ill. I endured constant rattling and “clicking” throughout the night for two months before officially spotting a rat in the kitchen in late May. Despite notifying management immediately, no one arrived for FIVE DAYS, at which point the issue was beyond control. I had to pay for a hotel out of my own pocket, and their “solution” for the entry points they could find was some plaster, sticky traps, and SHOVING A TRASH BAG IN THE MAIN HOLE. After a week with no resolution, I left to stay with family. This deeply impacted my schoolwork as a full-time college student and my ability to work at my job. When offered a deal to move out, the rats were STILL PRESENT AND ACTIVELY RUNNING AROUND (June 30th). This left me then unable to clean properly, which prompted management to take $100 from my security deposit. Mind you, I did not clean because there were rodents running around as I was trying to quickly take my belongings out. Termites also plagued my unit for almost four months, a problem I later discovered other residents were struggling with as well. I had consistent conversations with management about this and it became so severe that I was eventually told by maintenance to simply “not use my bathroom vanity,” which is nearly impossible. Beyond those things, the AC unit had a chronic drainage clog causing a minimum of 10 gallons of water to drip from my AC EVERY DAY. Maintenance suggested I “just put a bucket” (which I had to provide myself). This ineffective solution led to constant water accumulation, damaged my floors and other belongings, overwhelming mold concerns, and most likely attracted more pests with the constant water supply. The management team’s unprofessionalism and disorganization were CONSTANT frustrations. Staff turnover was incredibly high, forcing me to repeatedly explain serious and urgent issues only to receive inconsistent and vague responses. Office hours were unreliable and my phone calls were rarely returned (not to mention that the listed phone numbers are often inaccurate). I know that this is truly an example of first world problems, but this apartment has been a truly traumatizing experience. The constant pests and ongoing battles with unresolved maintenance made me feel helpless and disgusted in a place that should have been safe and comfortable. My main regret is not posting this sooner for more people to see and be aware of. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: If you have another option, GO THERE. If you are living there now and are able to leave, LEAVE NOW. While I can acknowledge the apartment saw some management changes and attempts at improvement when I moved out in late June, unfortunately it was far too little, way too late to rectify the pervasive issues.
