Village by the Bay

Village by the Bay — extremely disappointing experience with security/management. My vehicle is a personal pickup used for travel (no commercial plates, no decals, no advertising) and it fits in a standard parking spot. The day before, I entered the property and was issued a parking pass with zero issues. On New Year’s Eve, security called towing and I arrived just minutes before my vehicle would have been taken. I was forced to remove the vehicle immediately and was told they would call towing again if it remained. Completely inconsistent enforcement, poor communication, and unnecessary stress for my family. I cannot recommend this community.

I’ve lived here for about 5 years and love it. It’s well run and while management can vary, it’s generally well kept. Love the views of Dumfoundling Bay and being able to see the sky. I love children and enjoy seeing them play and enjoy watching dogs walking with their owners. Love the fact that there are people of all kinds here. A microcosm and a generally friendly one.

I have lived in Village by the Bay for about 6 years, 3 years in one apartment and then 3 years in another. I can say that it has been one of the most pleasant experiences. You really feel like its a little "village". If you have a dog or just like taking walks you'll get to know your neighbors. People will smile, say hi, talk to you if you're up for it. The management has changed 3 times since I've been here but all have cared about their residents (renters and owners) and their well being. Dasha, who currently works there is a joy and made me feel like she had my best interest anytime that I ran into any issues, she was always available to help. I am moving out into a new condo, only because its's time for a change, but will definitely carry this place in my heart. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful and safe place to live in the heart of Aventura, walking distance pharmacy, groceries, Shopping, restaurants a few minutes to the beach, schools, doctors, Aventura Hospital and more..realmente es un maravilloso lugar para vivir!!

MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL!!! Mark and liliana... made our time so unenjoyable (assistant manager and property manager) horrible experience... very rude, hassles you for your money, goes back on their word. Worst association experience ever. Cannot wait to leave this place. They were so rude to my wife and I. Would call us over and over again and even on no caller ID to complain about everything!! Very noisy, ants in the buildings. Would not recommend to anyone. Please do not let these beautiful grounds fool you. Do not sign on to an association like this one!
