Vibe Residences

My girlfriend and I recently moved into Vibe Residences at Miramar, and the experience has been great from day one. The approval process was the smoothest we've been through - a big thank you to Yanna in the leasing office, who made every step easy and stress-free. The whole staff is friendly and genuinely helpful. The apartments are brand new and pristine, and the layouts are really thoughtful - every bit of space is used intentionally, with no wasted square footage. The amenities are excellent as well. We're excited to be living here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

I’ve had a great experience here, and I especially want to recognize Hector from the maintenance team. He is professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. He responds quickly, pays attention to detail, and always makes sure the job is done right. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. Having someone as reliable and respectful as Hector makes a big difference. Thank you for providing such excellent service !!

I want to express my thanks to Cortney and Angie for their professionalism during my stay at Vibe Residences. The property was exceptional in every way. I had to relocate for work, but I would return without hesitation. Beautiful property, attentive staff, and a perfect location.

So I recently moved in here around the end of March Angie was our leasing agent and she was absolutely amazing but I definitely have some complaints after living here for 4-5 months. First thing first is our butterfly computer thing at the front of the gate has been on and off working for over a month now. Which has also resulted in packages not being delivered or getting lost. Basically if you don’t have your key fob good luck getting in. Another thing is the elevator was down I came home from work at around 4:45 and found it broken I then called the leasing office to let them know so they can have it fixed. Fast forward to the next morning at 6 am I come home from the gym & I hear banging and screaming. Turns out an amazon driver was stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. I called the leasing office and let them know to put an out of order sign because yes they sent us an email but is Amazon in our emails or fed ex? No. Came home from work guess what no sign is there. They also claim that every time when I call about the elevator it’s happening to “ every building” so people in the other building please let me know if your elevator has been down as well. This apartment building is just over a year old the elevator shouldn’t just stop working. The butterfly machine shouldn’t be on and off for over a month these things are ridiculous for how much money you pay in rent.
