After extensive research, we identified the most suitable rental community. Town Hollywood exceeded our expectations from the outset. ELENA is the sweetest person , who made our steps really smooth, she provided exceptional assistance throughout our tour, addressing all inquiries and guiding us through the entire process until the move-in day, even helped us with our luggage;) Thank you for everything. Serious Warning Before You Consider Moving Into This Building I am a current resident, and I have never written a negative review about any place before - but the situation here justifies it. You should know: when residents move in, management explicitly asks them to leave 5-star reviews, and follows up repeatedly requesting it. Many of the positive reviews here were written by residents before they had even moved in - so they do not reflect the actual experience of living here. Severe, Ongoing Pest Infestation - Since Our First Week: From the very first week we moved in, we filed a serious complaint with management about pests. This is a severe sanitation problem involving ants, roaches (including flying roaches), and termites, entering through the walls, foundations, and electrical outlets into our unit - and this happens over and over, without stopping. This is a structural problem affecting the entire building. Roaches and ants are found in our kitchen cabinets, our bedroom, and our food - to the point where we completely stopped cooking at home. On multiple occasions we found ants inside food we had already eaten. There was one night I was lying in bed and felt something bite me, only to discover a roach inside my pants. I cannot put into words the feeling of disgust - showering with ants, eating with roaches, and getting into bed every night afraid of what might crawl on you. This has taken a serious toll on us as a family - anxiety, fear, frustration, and stress that are hard to describe. We have developed real anxiety because of this situation. Our biggest wish right now is to go back in time and never have chosen this building. Today, we are simply begging to leave. Management's Failure to Respond: We contacted Venesa: building manager. more than 20 times, both in person and by email, over more than six months, desperately asking them to fix the problem or at least move us to another unit. Only after more than six months of repeated pleading did they acknowledge the issue - and offered us, as our only option, to move to another unit **within the same complex**, with all moving costs (movers, installations, equipment) to be covered entirely by us. This building will hold you to your lease no matter what problem you face. Management simply does not care about its residents. Bottom Line: If you are considering moving into this building - think twice, and ask directly about the pest problem before signing a lease. Don't rely only on the positive reviews here. Our experience as a family has been an ongoing nightmare dealing with management that takes no responsibility and does not function.

There seems to be very little screening of residents, and many people living here are questionable, which affects the overall sense of comfort and safety in the building. Town Hollywood can and should provide much more with the rent prices they are charging, as it is far overpriced for the level of service received.
