Don’t move here. I have lived here since November when it opened and things have gotten progressively worse. Firstly, my washer/dryer has been broken about 3 times. Secondly the elevators to the parking are constantly broken. You end up having to take like seven flights of stairs. There are all sorts of guests who are not registered constantly in the building. Something that you will not see in the tour is that the walls are extremely thin and every single night and every single morning I can hear noise coming from upstairs. Management seems to not really care about helping you and complaints that I had were not handled. I complained about the noise when I first moved in and all they could tell me was that they don’t know where it’s coming from and I never received a follow up even though I complained about it multiple times.

I'd like to say that the Tropic has been a wonderful experience from showing us apartments till now. The staff always updated me on the progress of my application and anything I may be missing as part of the process. They were very understanding when we had to move our elevator time. Emails were consistent and even now they still are. The building is always super clean and the amenities are great! Only one star off because the walls are sort of thin (but that's normal for most apartments with lots of units). Overall, it's been really good so far!
