I just called this place to ask about rentals and the guy on the phone told me I need to look online. I told him the website was a little confusing and asked if he could help me and I provide him with the information (i.e date of move in, rooms, etc.) he said I could go in if I like and I explained I live an hour from there and asked if he could help me over the phone. He responded with my only option was to go online. I’ve called many apt rentals and this is the first time I hear a rep tell me they cannot assist me. What is he there for?? I can se why they have bad reviews. I will look elsewhere. That’s all the red flag I needed

It all begins the moment you apply—the entire process right up until your apartment is approved. The level of care is truly exceptional. Reiny and Nancy provide spectacular service. They are highly professional, friendly, and attentive. It is the best experience I have ever had. Thank you, Reiny, for welcoming us and for being the best host.
