This place is absolutely beautiful and magical. I almost forgot I was in Miami, everyone is so polite and kind. A little slice of heaven in Miami .. so peaceful.

Very disappointing experience. The atmosphere in this building felt uncomfortable from the beginning. Management and staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed more focused on taking extra money from tenants than actually helping them. Communication was poor, issues were ignored, and overall it felt very dishonest. I would not recommend living here if you expect respect, transparency, or decent customer service.

My experience at this building was extremely disappointing, and I feel obligated to warn anyone considering moving here. Despite presenting itself as a “luxury” property, the reality is very different. Management is disorganized, communication is poor, and the overall quality of the building has significantly declined over time. The most serious issue happened at the end of my lease. Around 90% of my security deposit was withheld, with charges that I strongly believe are excessive and related to normal wear and tear. What is even more concerning is that I was not given a proper opportunity to review or dispute these charges before the deductions were made. In my understanding, this does not align with Florida law, which provides tenants with the right to be notified and to contest such deductions within a specific timeframe. The entire process felt completely one-sided and lacking transparency, leaving the tenant with little practical recourse—especially since the amount in question often does not justify the time and stress of legal action. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property read the lease very carefully, document everything during their stay, and most importantly, do not assume you will get your deposit back. Unfortunately, my experience was negative from start to finish.

Zero. And even a minus. Your deposit will be taken for damages. Even though they promise the opposite. There's no premium there. The cheapest American appliances. Commercial finishing and plumbing. Heavy doors and electronic keys in the elevator are only for your floor. If you want to go to a neighbor on another floor, you have to walk. The parking lot gates often don't work. Many cars drive in behind you without permission. And they sit quietly in the parking lot for months. Want to wake up to screams and noise in the morning? Grounds maintenance! The lagoon is absolutely useless. Dirt, garbage, stench and the smell of smoking and drugs are constant. It's difficult to leave this place during the day because of the educational institutions and the store Costco. I don't recommend this pretentious place to anyone. I'm not going to call anyone. If you're interested in the reasons why you can't be a luxury property, then ask your Sofi to contact me yourself.

IMPORTANT: I strongly advise avoiding The Shoreline at SoLé Mia. When I moved out, I specifically requested a proper inspection of my apartment — but management never did one. Instead, they later sent me a list of nonsense “damage fees” for things I never caused, many of which are just normal wear and tear any honest landlord should expect. To make things worse, they even sent my case to collections, trying to damage my credit score over these bogus charges. On top of that, their so-called “free month rent” offer is a trap. In reality, almost every renter is forced to pay the equivalent of one month’s rent to an outside company called TheGuarantors. That company does not protect tenants — it exists only to collect money from new renters while shielding the landlord. ⚠️ Bottom line: Avoid renting here. You’ll be tricked with hidden guarantor fees, slapped with move-out “damage” charges for normal wear and tear, and even risk having your credit score ruined.
