Juan has been excellent. He made everything so easy for us. The place is beautiful. Moving in and settling in exceeded our expectations; it was all super easy. Thank you! The place is also spotless. The common areas are welcoming. Receiving packages and furniture was fantastic.

Despite some recent negative reviews from residents regarding the management transition, my first impression was excellent. Ashley gave me a tour of the property, and if she hadn’t mentioned she was new, I never would have known. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel welcoming. The amenities were clean, well-maintained, and the property itself is beautiful. Ashley did a fantastic job answering my questions and showcasing everything. I definitely recommend, excited for my move in September

I toured this apartment community and initially had a great impression. The property itself is very nice and seemed like a place I could see myself living. Unfortunately, my experience after the tour completely changed my perspective. Since my visit, communication has been extremely disappointing. Phone calls and emails have gone largely unanswered, and on the rare occasions someone does respond, it’s inconsistent and unhelpful. I even attempted to submit an application, but repeatedly encountered an error message. Despite calling multiple times for assistance, I received no response and no resolution. I’ve lived in multiple apartment communities and have never experienced such poor communication and lack of management support. It’s frustrating because I was genuinely interested in leasing here, but the lack of responsiveness makes it clear that prospective residents are not a priority. Based on this experience, I would strongly reconsider before pursuing this property.

My wife and I recently toured The Remy Apartments in Plantation and were thoroughly impressed. The leasing team was exceptionally responsive and provided outstanding customer service. We had the pleasure of being guided by the Property Manager, Ms. Barbara, who was highly professional and informative. The facilities are impeccably maintained, and the premium amenities offer significant value. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a well-managed, luxury residence in a prime location and competitive pricing.
