I’ve had a great experience living at The Reese. The property is well maintained, and the team truly cares about creating a welcoming community. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Vera, Jonathan and the maintenance staff. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help have made all the difference. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days, and Vera and Jonathan set the standard. Thank you both for making The Reese such a great place to call home!

I’m really not happy right now. I drove all the way down there to tour the complex, get a feel for the area, and see if it could be my possible next home. Instead, the manager felt very dismissive and the whole interaction left me irritated and disappointed. It just wasn’t a great experience at all.

From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and welcoming everything felt. The management and maintenance teams truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. The leasing staff deserves a special mention — they are extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. From move-in day to everyday questions, they’ve always been quick to respond and genuinely care about their residents. It’s rare to find an apartment team that treats you like family, but that’s exactly how they make you feel here. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My unit has beautiful finishes, stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen, and plenty of storage space. The soundproofing is excellent, and the air conditioning and heating work perfectly. The community areas are just as impressive — the gym is fully equipped, the pool is always sparkling clean, and the clubhouse is a great spot to relax or work from. One of my favorite things about living here is how peaceful and safe the environment feels. The neighbors are respectful, and the security presence adds to that peace of mind. The parking areas are well-lit and convenient, and the landscaping is always beautifully maintained. I also love how pet-friendly the community is — it’s great to see other residents out walking their dogs or enjoying the outdoor spaces. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. It’s close to everything — shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and highways — but still quiet enough to feel like a private retreat. Overall, I’d give [Apartment Community Name] more than five stars if I could.
