Living at The Point is absolutely the worst, especially for young families. The strict rules are beyond insane, and do not comply with living in comfort - they won't even bring your groceries up and if they do, they ask for a tip yet they will arrive 3-4 hours later. The staff is also mediocre and not nice at all. Stay away.

The Point of Aventura is great community.., the best part is the cafe at the spa.., its Juice and Java!!! Fresh food made with love just for you, coffees, juice, wine and desserts, awesome outdoor seating as well!! I give 5+ stars for quality and 5 stars for service!!! State of dark gym with lots of equipment.., of course showers lounge TV couches your name of the great community!!! I give 5 Stars

Ridiculous process to get in to the guard shack. 20 minute eait. Very rude skinny woman with dreads at reception in Atlantic One .
