The Marquesa

I had a great experience living at Marquesa in Pembroke Pines. I stayed in Building 8 for three years, and the team, from maintenance to the front office was always outstanding. Anytime I called, they were ready to help. They communicated clearly, handled issues promptly, and remained professional throughout. I especially want to recognize Libby, Jerry, and Maria an excellent team that truly cares about the residents. Although I no longer live there, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent there again because of the level of service and support they provide. Wishing the entire team continued success!

Kind, diligent, and good-hearted people

I've been renting at the Marquesa Apartments for two years now and could surely say I love this place. The apartments have an HOA and you would think that would scare you, but it doesn't. The HOA makes sure the place looks as beautiful as it is and taken care of. I love the strict no smoking policy because I myself don't smoke. Don't like the smell of it and nowhere around you. Would you smell anything of it. I used to live in Apartments, where your neighbor was smoking and your whole place smelled of it. I saw a bad review on someone saying the parking is hard yeah it's hard if you don't have assigned parking. Not uncommon at all this is like every single apartment you can rent anywhere. As for the dog poop, there’s none anywhere. The condominiums are very clean and taken care of. In my old apartment, you would smell and see poop everywhere. The pool in the complex is very beautiful, always taking care of, they have a ping-pong table, which usually you have to ask for the paddles Monday through Friday before five, which is a little hard, so I usually bring my own. The gym was recently renovated and it's the perfect gym for whoever wants to get a workout in, but doesn't want to pay an actual gym. The security guards are very on top of everything whatever I need help I'm able to call them for any questions and they are always able to assist me in anyway. If you rent here, usually you are renting from a private owner. Our owner is super sweet and a tentative. We are looking to stay here for a couple more years. if you're looking to move to a condominium community where kids actually play outside, this is a place to be.
