I had an excellent experience touring the property with Assistant Property Manager Kenya Campbell. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, energetic, and incredibly kind. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to thoroughly show me around the property while answering all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Kenya’s positive attitude and friendly personality made the tour enjoyable and informative. She was knowledgeable about the community, amenities, and leasing process. Her exceptional customer service and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression. I highly recommend working with Kenya Campbell if you’re looking for a professional, personable, and dedicated assistant property manager. KENYA MY AGENT @ the lauderdale at Hamptons From my first inquiry to signing, she was on top of everything. She answered my questions quickly and clearly, walked me through the application and approval process step by step, and never left me guessing about where things stood. Anyone who’s apartment hunted knows how much back and forth and chasing people down that usually takes. None of that here. What stood out most was how straightforward she was. She laid out the pricing, the availability, and the terms up front, made sure I understood exactly what I was signing, and followed through on everything she said she would. The whole process was smooth, fast, and completely headache free.
