The Landings at Coconut Creek

Living in this community for about 8 years, and I have lived in this community for more than six years, and I have seen many changes over the last two or three years. Of course, ownership has invested in the property, but I can also say that much of the improvement comes from the work of the management team. I have had different experiences over the years—some good and some not so good—but I can say that the Property Manager truly takes her role seriously. I often see her walking the property, checking on work orders, and personally following up when there are issues that need solutions. I was especially impressed to see her in my apartment verifying maintenance requests and taking action when problems arise. I give her 10 points for her commitment and leadership. The parking system that was implemented has helped tremendously. It was the result of many complaints residents had for years, but she listened and took action. I believe that the success of a property starts with strong leadership, and she is a great leader. Fabian is also an excellent teammate, and Noel does an excellent job as well. While some team members may not be as visible, overall the entire team helps make The Landings a place where residents want to stay.Thank you for always caring about your residents.

We spent 30 days at Aviara in Pompano Beach, and I highly recommend it to everyone! The property offers a gym, swimming pool, and a fully furnished apartment that was clean, organized, and very comfortable. We were able to stay there thanks to Carlos, an excellent realtor whose patience, attention, and professionalism made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I've lived at this complex for four years. Fabian has been wonderful there since the beginning and Charles is a fantastic new addition to the family. What an amazing complex! They've always went above and beyond to help, they're constantly upgrading the property, and always there when you need! Every member of staff, property and maintenance are exceptional. Highly recommend this complex to settle in. On top of that, its beautiful with the greenery and lakes and pool area! Love it!

I lived in this condominium for 2–3 years, and overall my experience had been positive until now. Recently, I made a mistake when placing an order and accidentally used the address of my old apartment. I went to the condo office to ask for help, but the person who assisted me (a man with glasses) showed no willingness to help. I explained the situation and even showed proof from UPS indicating that the package had been delivered and left in front of the apartment door, yet he simply told me he would not assist or attempt to contact the current residents. I understand that there may be policies that need to be followed, but the way the situation was handled felt dismissive and lacking basic customer service. After having been a resident for several years, I expected a more professional and helpful attitude
