Worst experience ever. We were told butterflies and rainbows and got slapped in the face by thousands of dollar fees. We were completely lied to. Wasting money on this place is not worth it.

Ever since new management has come this place seems to only care about keeping the residence full. The quality of life has went down dramatically due to what it seems as no background checks on new residence or something. Things are noticeably different.

I lived here for a year and a half and had a great experience. My 3 Bed / 2.5 Bath townhouse was well maintained by the community. The management team was always friendly to me and my dog and made any administrative things easy. The maintenance team was incredibly responsive and helped us with routine maintenance of our HVAC, in-unit laundry and other tests. This community has a pool, gym, grills, and a dog park, plus water views and boat access. The location is extremely convenient close to 95 and the turnpike with gas stations, restaurants, and parks nearby. Residents are clean and friendly!

I have lived here for a little over a month! Just wow. Donavan the leasing manager is extremely tentative to his tenants. Osmany, the Maintenance manager and his crew, Is probably one of the hardest working crews I’ve ever seen. They really care about the community here and I can tell they know how important it is that their tenants are happy. Needless to say, I’m overjoyed with the choice to move here and the reviews really speak volumes about this place. You all are doing wonderful and I’m blessed to be here!
