The Holly by Soleste

The rent is extremely high, but the building is completely ordinary. Everything is painted in the same old, tired theme. Dirt is everywhere, the carpets are filthy, and the manager’s clothes and behaviour are both unacceptable. A resident even complained about mold in their flat. Very disappointing experience.

I was told that this building only opened its doors in July of this year, yet it already looks like it has been open for years. If you're going to charge such high prices, at least do your job. There is nothing luxurious about this building—not even the lighting, and it's better not to even mention the paint. The customer service was the best part of my experience.

Beautiful and thoughtfully designed for excellent comfort

The apartments themselves are stunning, featuring modern designs and high-quality finishes. I loved the spacious layouts that allow for both comfort and functionality. The natural light that floods in through the large windows creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities at The Holly are outstanding. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the pool area offers a perfect retreat for relaxation. Additionally, the communal spaces are beautifully designed and provide great areas to gather with friends or neighbors. The location is also a significant plus, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and parks, making it convenient for everyday errands and leisure activities. Overall, my visit to The Holly by Soleste left a lasting impression, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

The Holly by Soleste. A very beautiful and clean property. The apartments we live in are gorgeous and modern, the pool is a dream, and the BBQ area is very comfortable. The office staff is very attentive and friendly; all the women are quick to help and answer all your questions. The maintenance staff is very efficient. I truly made a good choice moving here; I love everything about it.
