The Harbour Condominium

It's a shame because The Harbour has the potential to be an amazing community, but it doesn't always feel inclusive for residents who don't speak Spanish. Many staff members primarily communicate in Spanish, and community events, such as the World Cup Finals Party, were broadcast only in Spanish. As a result, residents who don't speak the language can feel left out. Our building is home to a diverse community including English, Ukrainian, Russian, Jewish, Spanish-speaking, and many other residents and I hope management will make a greater effort to ensure communications and events are accessible to everyone. A more inclusive approach would help all residents feel welcome and part of the community.
