I absolutely love The Franklin Delray! The residents are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which creates such a warm and positive atmosphere. The staff is equally wonderful—always professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. It’s a pleasure to visit and be part of such a great community!

Recently moved to the Franklin am quite pleased with the decision. I move a lot so I've seen a lot of pros and cons at many different properties. There is no such thing as perfect. There are things that can be controlled and things that can't. Here's what I like the most Outstanding location Nice large floor plans Management and Maintenance have been a delight thus far Great Amenities and use of common area. There's a feeling of warmth here and I don't mean the tempts. They don't use Fetch's package service. This would've been a dealbreaker. Google it if you don't know about this.
