This property offers a generally positive living experience with standout amenities like a great pool, cold plunge, and planned sauna, along with convenient features like free bike rentals. The location is also highly praised for its walkability to local attractions and essentials. However, potential residents should be aware of persistent issues such as frequent fire alarms, limited and costly guest parking, and noticeable train noise, especially for units near the tracks.

Maribel was so accommodating and helpful when we made a last minute trip to Boca to find housing. The Fitzgerald was by far the best community in the area that we toured!

Guest Parking is ridiculous. You get a free 48 hours and after that is $20 a day. You get one warning if you forget to register your car and after that they will tow your car. Super inconvenient and honestly really annoying.

We’ve been at Fitzgerald for a year and just renewed the lease. The property is nice, the staff is amazing (shout out to Maribel and her crew), and it’s such easy living. The Fitzgerald is maybe two years old so everything is still new and some of the apartments may have never been stayed in! The biggest thing for me is the walkability and how close it is to Mizner Park. Also, I’m a huge Publix and F45 fan, both of which I can also walk to. They say there’s always room for improvement and the only one that I can say is depending on which side you are on, you can definitely hear the train and bright-line. It’s not the worst thing, but you can definitely hear it if you’re in the north building like myself. If you’re looking for a new spot, you should definitely come check it out. Ask for Maribel….

Pros: The amenities are great, especially the pool and cold plunge, and they’re even adding a sauna soon. Carla in the office was always friendly, reasonable, and very helpful throughout my time here. Free bike rentals are also a nice perk. Cons: Corporate has significantly increased rents, which seems to be pushing long-term residents out. Some residents don’t do a great job taking care of the common areas. During mosquito season, the pool area can become almost unusable at times. The fire pits rarely work because residents leave the gas on. Guest parking is also limited — you only get a certain number of free hours per month before additional charges apply. Tips: Be mindful of how close your unit is to the train tracks when choosing a floor plan. Also, avoid parking spots near the garage windows unless you want your car getting dusty and dirty constantly. Overall: Despite some frustrations, this is still one of the newer apartment communities around with relatively low move-in costs and solid amenities. Overall, it’s a good place to live.
